Whitelist IP addresses which can use API keys

It would be helpful to be able to whitelist specific ip addresses which are allowed to use the API keys. Since a breach can be quite an issue allowing triggering of all tasks in the project, it would be great to be able to really lock down which machines can actually trigger.

Many hosting providers offer low cost ip addresses ($2 a month for mine), so it’s trivial to add this extra security incase of accidental breach of the API key through git or other places this would offer additional protection.
