When replaying a run, allow setting options

Feature Request

When replaying you can only pass the original run id. You should be able to set the same trigger options you can when triggering in the first place.

    I am highly interested in setting Priority for the Replay run and also option to skip the queue pause. It is critical to fix any problem while preventing any runs being already scheduled.

    When I have a faulty task code which is constantly failing (for example expired token in env) and I am not able to see all the result, I like to run the replay immediately without waiting. Able to run a replay while queue is paused can be life savor at the time.
