Version-controlled env manifest synced to the dashboard

Ship a schema in your repo that declares which environment variables your tasks need, then set the actual secret values in the dashboard from that checklist. We’d aim to play nicely with T3-style env validation and ordinary Zod schemas so it drops into typical TypeScript apps without a parallel system.
