Support sending messages or steering input into a running task (e.g. agent)

Allow clients or other tasks to send messages or “steering” input into a task that is already running, so long-lived agents can be guided (e.g. “do X next”) without stopping and re-triggering. Enables interactive agent control on top of trigger + Realtime
