Redact or disable internal resolveWaitpoint runtime logs

Deployed runs log the full completed waitpoint (including output) from our internal runtime, which can expose sensitive downstream data even though wait.forToken() should keep returning the full payload. Let’s add a supported way to redact/truncate that log line and/or turn off internal worker runtime logs for compliance-sensitive teams.
