Link replayed runs with the originals

When you replay a run we could link the new run to the original. This applies for replays of replays as well, they would link to the original run.

This would allow us to show the original run from a replay, and show all the replays from the original run.

    This would also allow us to expose this via the SDK/API, so you could avoid programatically replaying runs that have already been replayed.
