Improving Deployment Trigger Status Visibility

Today, I spent hours debugging a failed Deployment Trigger, only to later discover that the service status for Deployment Triggers was down. Unfortunately, there was no clear indication of this on the platform. While there is a “Status” button buried under the “Feedback and Help” section, it’s not immediately visible or intuitive.

It would be incredibly helpful to have a more prominent alert system on the dashboard to inform developers when critical services are down. A visible indicator, banner, or even an email notification would save valuable time and prevent frustration. Clear communication about system health is essential for an effective developer experience.
