HTTP request timeout option for task.trigger()

Add a timeout option for the HTTP request when calling task.trigger() to prevent serverless functions from timing out while waiting for the Trigger.dev API to respond.

Note: This is different from:

• maxDuration (CPU time limit for task execution)

• Retry options (which control retry delays, not request timeout)
