European data residency & GDPR compliance

We are fully GDPR compliant across all of our regions – that includes our US and EU regions.

It is a common misconception that GDPR requires EU-only data storage. This is not required as we have appropriate safeguards in place; we’ve signed Data Processing Agreements with all of our sub-processors that incorporate EU Standard Contractual Clauses, providing GDPR protection regardless of data location.

We are also continuously monitored by Oneleet, a third-party compliance and security company – view our security portal.
