Discord alerts

Feature Request

There is the option for webhook alerts but they are not discord compatible. Removing the need to send the webhook to a seperate service to parse and resend to discord would be really appreciated.

Would love this one and shouldn’t be pretty hard to make the webhook payload Discord-compatible.
