CLI to spin, stop, and/or list available and running tasks from terminal

Hello!

Great service. I’ve been using it for 3-ish months, and I already like it. But there’s one thing I really miss, and it’s such an obvious feature I’m surprised it’s not in place yet:

We need to be able to spin up, restart, stop, and `tail -f` Trigger tasks from the CLI.

This is, IMHO, an important DX for anyone working with a serious job processing system like Trigger. I’d truly appreciate if it gets implemented soon.
