Alerts for successful runs

Feature Request

I have a low frequency task for which I would like to be notified not only if it fails but also when it succeeds. This seems like a potentially low hanging fruit.

    For now, the solution to this is to make a request yourself (or do a Slack SDK call) from the onSuccess function.

    We have a lot of runs finishing and adding this would be technically trivial but would add a lot of load if everyone used it.
