Add ability to define a "deployment check" task

It would be neat to be able to define a “deployment check” task that on deploy, is automatically triggered, with the payload having info about the deployment. If a deployment check task is defined, then deployments are not automatically promoted to current, and the task itself can use the SDK to promote the deployment after performing whatever checks are needed to pass.
